I don’t wanna toot my own horn but …..

I honestly make the most amazing Meatballs!! Lol. Toot. Toot!

What did you think I was going to say ?

I start by making my breadcrumb mixture in the Thermomix

No measuring takes place by the way

I throw in any bread I can find

In this case it was sliced grain bread I used about 4/5 slices
Some Parmesan
Some garlic
And some chicken stock powder
Process until blended

Then in a bowl add one egg
Some pork mince or beef or a mixture of both. And some water to bind.




Form into balls and fry on both sides until golden.

So so delish

They took me about 20-25 mins all up
