The Merrywell’s New Menu – Crown Perth

New Head Chef Ryan Ebbs has made some inspired additions to the menu at The Merrywell Perth including Mexican and Asian influences

Owing to his extensive experience he has tried to stay true to the American ‘dude food’ but with an elegant twist.

“Its hard to write a winter menu for Perth when it’s not that cold here”
Says ChefRyan who originates from New Jersey.

We think he did an amazing job, with such treats as donut burgers, broken Sushi, Bao Buns and Fish Tacos.

This brand new menu was officially launched on the 4th July on Independence day.
