Friday night saw the opening of the rustically cool ‘New York’ warehouse style space at the corner of Main Street and Scarborough Beach Road in Mount Hawthorn. This centrally located venue is perfect for private events, cocktail parties and teambuilding corporate events. Warm and intimate, yet large and spacious enough to play host to a range of cooking events and hands on cooking classes.
The witty and intelligent Verity James was MC for the night, special guests included John Carey Mayor of the City of Vincent and food editor Belinda Conti from the West Australian.
Celebrity Chef Peter Manifis, together with Elli & Riki Kaspi and the ShakShuka team cooked up some beautiful dishes for us to try on the evening including a Chicken Tajine accompanied with cous cous, and Mullet fish with Chermoula.
