Taste of Perth in partnership with Electrolux proved to be a foodie’s dream this year.
With a selection of over 50 tasting dishes, you needed to bring your appetite and graze through this culinary experience.
Dishes from Perth’s best restaurants and bars including El Publico, Lalla Rookh, Nobu, Print Hall, Bib & Tucker to name a few made this the food event of the year not to be missed!
We sat in the Electrolux taste theatre and enjoyed a cooking demonstration from Scott Bridger, owner and chef at Bib & Tucker, he cooked Flinders Island Wallaby Shank, with puffed wild rice and pickled grape agrodolce, using the finest local and Australian produce.
Not only did we get to experience the great cookware and cooking techniques in action but we got a lot of insight into what makes the top restaurants the leaders in their field.
