Ok so the first time I made this I added a little too much Peanut Butter and my critics…(my girls) didn’t like it so much…
But that didn’t stop me I like the Peanutty flavour and so I gave it a few more tries
So here is the recipe Im happy with.
2 cups coconut milk
1 cup regular milk / or coconut water
vanilla extract (get the real stuff)
1 scoop of milo (a tablespoon)
1.5 tablespoons of peanut paste
a dash of honey (optional)
Blend it all up in the Thermomix and in under ten minutes you have an indulgent snack or quick breakfast.
You can add frozen berries or banana to this recipe for a change
