Located in the picturesque Langley Park in Perth, the Electrolux Chef Secrets is a pop-up designer kitchen and dining space where guests can get up close and personal with some of Perth’s culinary superstars including Hadleigh Troy (Restaurant Amuse), Scott Bridger (Bib & Tucker), Joel Valvasori (Lalla Rookh) and Robert Murphy (Bistro Guillaume)
I was privileged enough to enjoy an exclusive masterclass led by Hadleigh Troy from Restaurant Amuse, he shared his cooking secrets with us and showed us how to cook an amazing yet simple dish using local WA Marron. We all got to participate in creating this wonderful dish before sitting down and enjoying the meal with a glass of crisp white wine.
Hadley said “Lots of people are intimidated by the idea of cooking Marron at home so I hope that people walk away from the session feeling confident to give it a go”.
Electrolux showcased its greatest line up of restaurants, giving food lovers a glimpse into the minds of Perth’s top chefs!
