Ive just recently started to get back on track with my eating. The holidays are well and truly over and I found myself drowning in everything from Christmas leftovers to kids party food! It was time to stop!
So I was thinking, how am I going to handle my sweet cravings after Ive been eating WHATEVER I want , I cant just stop cold turkey!!
So I hopped on Google and found the best recipe ever!!!! Courtesy of www.healthyhomecafe.com I found this awesome and SIMPLE recipe you can try at home.
1 cup cashews
5/6 dates depending on how sweet you like
place in a blender
pour boiling water over the top to cover
set aside for 30 mins
blend to a smooth paste
place chia seeds in a bowl
and pour blended mixture over the top
set aside for 30 mins or overnight
transfer to serving glasses and enjoy !!
